Large Transfer Press

For Technical Instructions for large systems, complex procedures and sequences can be made clear and easy to understand through the use of graphical animations and sequence simulations.

Since the design data can be used, the costs of Technical Instruction of personnel are significantly reduced. Prerequisites include the appropriate software and technically capable personnel.

The animation shows a simulated tooling sequence in a large transfer press.

The position of the slide and the crossbar beam was integrated in the 3D CAD system using Excel sheets, and each position was saved in individual pictures.

Such methods allow good visibility of production sequences.
